Our new hand-drawn ‘Toile du Cap’ design is complete and ready to browse on our website🥂

This design is inspired by the gardens of Babylonstoren, as well as my own Cape Dutch family home. A classic depiction of the scenery found in the Cape winelands 🍇

We decided to name this pattern Toile du Cap, as a play on the original French style ‘Toile de Jouy’ which literally translated to ‘cloth of Jouy (a town in France)’. Now we can gladly say we have a classic ‘cloth of Cape Town’.
