Shipping & Delivery

All orders are process within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Please note that this lead time does not apply to any custom orders or made-to-order items, where the lead time will vary depending on the details of the order.

You can skip the shipping fees with free pickup at our studio in Pinelands, Cape Town. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email with our exact address and collection instructions when your order is ready.

We offer a flat rate delivery fee of R120 for nationwide shipping in South Africa with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.

As a thank you for your larger order, we offer free nationwide shipping for all orders valued over R1200 with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
