Any orders received during these dates will only be processed and dispatched once we reopen on 5 January 2026.

With the exception of our kitchen and tableware ranges, please note that orders for these items are already closed for the year and any new orders will only be processed again after 12 January 2026.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are process within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Please note that this lead time does not apply to any custom orders or made-to-order items, where the lead time will vary depending on the details of the order.

Local pickup:

You can skip the shipping fees with free pickup at our studio in Pinelands, Cape Town, 7405. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-5 business days. We will send you an email with our exact address and collection instructions when your order is ready.

Flat Rate Delivery Fee

We offer a flat rate delivery fee of R90 for nationwide shipping in South Africa with an estimated delivery time of 2-7 business days.
