Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

We think you are going to love your Robyn Valerie product! However, if you are unsatisfied or change your mind about your purchase and would like to return or exchange it, then please take note of our policies below.

Policies

If you wish to return your products, please do so within 30 days from the purchase date along with your original receipt or other proof of purchase. If you don’t have this documentation or your product was a gift it can be exchanged (not refunded), so long as it is in perfect condition and under R1000 in value.

Please note that shipping costs are non refundable, and we can only process a refund once we have received the returned goods.

Items are refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds and exchanges are processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the product.

Before you return an online purchase, please email info@robynvalerie.com to let us know your plan.

The return items must be unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached. The original packaging (shrink wrap) and sleeves etc. must still be intact to be eligible for an exchange/refund.

If the products you purchased from us were faulty, torn, or damaged at the time of purchase, then we will refund you or provide you with a replacement product, only if the items are returned within 30 days of the purchase date and with proof of purchase.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund and that Robyn Valerie products purchased from other retail stores (not directly from us) cannot be returned or exchanged with us.

Please note that you will be responsible to arrange and pay for the shipping fees to return an order.
