Our natural fabrics are digitally printed by our local print partners in Cape Town using eco-friendly water pigment dyes. Our synthetic fabrics are printed by various print partners within South Africa.

Our products are either stitched by our in-house sewing team at our Cape Town studio, with our partners at DSA linen, or with Marshal our upholstery expert.

Our wallpaper is exclusively printed with Robin Sprong Wallpapers.

We try find the best people to assist in the manufacturing process to ensure high quality products.

Our natural fabrics are digitally printed with eco-friendly water pigment dyes. Pigment printing has a limited lifespan and can fade over time with extensive washing, or if left in harsh sunlight. Please machine wash on a gentle, low spin cycle with similar colours.
To further extend the life of your products, wash them inside-out with cold water and mild detergents. Avoid wringing and excessive rubbing of your products. Line dry and do not tumble dry. Over time, like a well-worn pair of jeans, the colours may soften and fade with frequent use and washing, adding character to your Robyn Valerie item.

At Robyn Valerie, we believe in making products of the utmost quality that stand the test of time. With proper love and care, your Robyn Valerie product will last for many years. Please pay close attention to the wash care instructions to ensure this.

All our orders are already sent out beautifully wrapped, ready to be given as a gift to someone special, or just to yourself.
If you’d prefer no invoice in your parcel, please mention this at checkout.

Our online orders are processed with Yoco. Upon checkout you will be able to choose instant EFT as your preferred payment method.

Orders within South African are sent by courier at a flat rate of R120, with delivery expected within 5-7 business days from dispatch, excluding Public Holidays.

As a smaller business, Robyn Valerie does not have access to the bulk shipping rates that much larger companies do. Rather than raise prices on all our products to offer ‘free shipping’ we choose to leave the shipping charges transparent.

As a way of saying thank you for larger orders with a value of over R1200, we do offer free delivery with South Africa.

Please allow 1-2 business days for you order to be processed and shipped, with delivery expected within 5-7 business days from dispatch, excluding Public Holidays.

Please note that this time frame does not include custom orders or made-to-order items.

Yes, you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Studio in Pinelands, Cape Town.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email with our exact address and collection instructions when your order is ready.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at the moment and only ship within South Africa. 

You can track your order through your shipping confirmation email. If you need additional help, please pop us an email and we will be happy to assist.

We are sorry that this has happened! If an order doesn’t arrive with the buyer within 30 working days of sending (barring extraordinary delays due to problems such as postage strikes, extreme weather or political events), please pop us an email explaining the situation and we will re-send a replacement.

We are sorry that this has happened! If the item you received is damaged, or somehow unsatisfactory, please pop us an email with attached photos of the problem. Any damaged good supplied by us will be replaced.

We think you are going to love your product from us! But if you are unsatisfied with anything or change your mind about your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date. If it is in the same condition in which we sent it to you, we’ll give you a refund on your purchase less the shipping cost. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We aim to ship your order through to you as soon as possible, so should you wish to make a change to your order please email info@robynvalerie.com promptly.

We know that it can be rather frustrating when technology decides not to be our friend, but we can help you out. Please email info@robynvalerie.com with what you would like to order (you can even take screen shots to help us) and we will send you an invoice with banking details so you can pay via EFT.

Yes of course. You can create a new order and select “Local Pickup” so you don’t have to pay again for shipping. If you select this option please put your request in the “Order Notes” of the Additional Information section that we should add to your previous order. Please include your previous order number. Alternatively, email info@robynvalerie.com with your request.

Yes, we offer wholesale opportunities within South Africa. Wholesale orders require a 70% deposit before manufacturing commences and full payment before shipment.
